Day 1 - Saturday, January 4th, 2025

• 2:00–4:00 PM: Welcome with Refreshments & Snacks
• 7:00 PM: Introduction Dinner - Meet your fellow retreat participants and set the tone for this transformative experience.
• 9:00 PM: Opening Fire Circle - Journals distributed, and intentions shared under the sacred energy of Tulum.

Day 2 - Sunday, January 5th, 2025

• 8:00 AM: Morning Gratitude Meditation
• 8:30 AM: Herbal Tea
• 9:00 AM: QiGong Class with Julious
• 10:00 AM: Breakfast
• 11:30 AM: Altar Preparation & Explanation - Create a sacred space for your intentions.
• 1:00 PM: Lunch
• 3:00 PM: Water Cleanse & Cenote Exploration - Reconnect with nature's purifying energy.
• 4:00 PM: Yoga / Stretching Class with Julious & Sound Bath with Nia
• 7:00 PM: Dinner

Day 3 - Monday, January 6th, 2025

• 8:00 AM: Morning Self-Connection Meditation 
• 8:30 AM: Herbal Tea
• 9:00–10:00 AM: Open Activity Slot - Suggestions welcomed.
• 10:00 AM: Breakfast
• 11:30 AM: Talk on the Importance of Self Presence Spirit - Deepen your connection to your higher self.
• 1:00 PM: Lunch
• 3:00 PM: Temazcal Ceremony & Cenote Refresh & Reset - A sacred cleansing ritual.

Day 4 - Tuesday, January 7th, 2025

• 8:00 AM: Morning Meditation 
• 8:30 AM: Herbal Tea
• 9:00 AM: QiGong Class with Julious & Nia

• 11:30 AM: Open Activity Slot - Create or explore as your spirit calls.
• 2:00 PM: Lunch
• 3:30 PM: Setting Intentions for Ceremony - Prepare for an evening of spiritual awakening.
• 6:00 PM: Cacao & Niños Ceremony + Sound Healing with María, Nia, & Julius
• 10:30 PM: Closing Ceremony - Snacks, fruits, soups, and veggies provided for grounding.

Day 5 - Wednesday, January 8th, 2025

• 8:00 AM: Morning Meditation 
• 8:30 AM: HerbalTea
• 9:00 AM: Open Practice - Reflect or enjoy a personalized session.
• 10:00 AM: Breakfast
• OM Time: Excursion to Tulum Ruins, followed by shopping in Tulum.
• 3:00 PM: Return to Retreat Location for Lunch
• 4:30 PM: OM Time / Resting Time / Swim in Cenote / Reset
• 7:00 PM: Fair-Well Dinner of Free Spirits - A celebration of transformation and connection.
• 9:00 PM: Fire Sharing & Bonding Circle - Close the day in gratitude and unity.

Day 6 - Thursday, January 9th, 2025

• 8:00 AM: Morning Meditation - Final reflections and gratitude shared among participants.
• 9:00 AM: Breakfast
• 10:30 AM: OM Time - Free time for personal reflection.
